The Blackmer LB Series reciprocating gas compressors are designed for efficient handling of propane, butane, and anhydrous ammonia. These compressors are suitable for applications such as railcar unloading, tank unloading, and related steam recovery processes. The single-stage reciprocating gas compressors can operate reliably in harsh environments, ensuring safety and performance. All pressure components are constructed from ductile iron, offering excellent resistance to thermal and mechanical shock. All parts are easily accessible for maintenance.

We offer LB Series propane compressors with liquid delivery rates up to 680 gpm (2,575 L/min), piston displacement up to 125 cfm (212 m³/h), and working pressures up to 350 psi (24.13 bar).

The LB161 and LB162 double-cylinder reciprocating gas compressors deliver a flow rate of up to 16.5 CFM at 825 rpm. All LB compressors feature ductile iron heads and cylinders, efficient valves, steel pistons, self-adjusting piston rod seals, and other robust features. They operate quietly, efficiently process propane, butane, and anhydrous ammonia, and provide outstanding performance even in harsh conditions.
